Agreement
You , "The Client" , are hiring SC Media Group, LLC to run a lead generation campaign for the the total monthly price associated with your plan.As our customer, you have the power and ability to enter into this contract on behalf of your company or organization. You agree to provide us with everything that we need to implement this campaign including account access, text, images and other information as and when we need it. You agree to review our work, provide feedback and sign-off approval in a timely manner. You also agree to stick to the payment schedule set out at the end of this contract.
We have the experience and ability to perform the services you need from us and we will carry them out in a professional and timely manner. We will meet all the deadlines set but we can't be responsible for a missed launch date or a deadline if you have been late in supplying materials.
Copyrights
You guarantee to us that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide us for inclusion in the campaign are either owned by you, or that you have permission to use them.
Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Liability & Warranty
SC Media Group is not responsible for any indirect losses.
Confidentiality
We will maintain confidentiality with any information that you give us.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your plan at anytime with a 30-day notice. You may call or email to notify us. We will not refund the 1st month payment after the setup process has started.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We will refund you 100% of the monthly retainer if we fail to deliver the agreed upon amount of leads in your plan in the first month. We require up to 10 business days for setup but will still honor the money back guarantee as long as you have provided us with all of the requested information within 3 business days of sign up.
Exclusivity
We will not run this specific SculpSure campaign for any direct competitors within a 20 mile radius of your practice.

You agree to stick to the following payment schedule associated with your plan.
